Time to Get Involved!

JDI is seeking volunteers to assist in the planning and productions of it's 3rd Annual Memorial Day Picnic. Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to eat good food, network and have fun! The excitement is growing!

Interested in getting involved? Help is needed in the following areas:

Food
Wanted: donations to purchase supplies

Entertainment - contact Jodi (317) 289-8282
Wanted: Caribbean musicians, dancers, performers/entertainers. Donate your time/talents in exchange for valuable exposure.

Activities
Wanted: games and prizes for the kids; dominos and game tables; game equipment (soccer balls, cricket gear, etc.). Coordinators needed for children activities as well as coordinators for soccer and cricket.

Promotion
Wanted: assistance in posting flyers and marketing the event.

Setup/Cleanup/Decorations
Wanted: Assistance in setting up, decorating and cleaning up for the picnic.
